What's Been Happening?
Although there hasn't been a lot of communication here, it doesn't mean things are slowing down. As a matter of fact, it can be said that things are finally ready to begin.
Firstly, I'd overplayed 7 Days To Die and decided it needed a break til the release of Alpha 12. This doesn't mean I have gotten sick of the game but merely felt I was falling into monotonous patterns however from previous experience a quick break and some new contentt can normally shake this.
The Repopulation was really off to a shaky start as their was some severe connection problems occuring that was causing excessive crashing and lag to the point of unplayability. However things have improved witht the 15.5.5.1 patch and have already begun to record video content although compression is proving to be a sticking point.
Windslows Apocalypse Radio continues to grow it's music collection and new techniques are being employed to find a vaster expanse of music types to add. The station has recently been listed in a large number of directories and following some further upgrades to the websites capabilities, a submission is being prepared for the Windows Media Guide which is quite an exciting opportunity. If this goes accordingly, an upgrade to the bitrate of the station may be made so that it can be submitted to the I-tunes Radio Directory as well.
Media production projects have been localised to the website currently however there is extensive plans to being employing a system of schedules for the online radio involving adverts etc not to mention the physical production of radio marketing materials. An attempt at using social media sites to advertise tio is also underway hoever it is still in it's early stages and no progress indictors can be made at this point.
